2. Fry Cookout Truck

3. Esther Snyder Truck
Esther Snyder, co-founder of In-N-Out Burger, had a passion for helping children and the community.
Her generous spirit led to the creation of the In-N-Out Burger Foundation, which supports children affected by abuse and neglect.
To honor her legacy, this special food truck provides mini versions of the classic hamburger, cheeseburger, Double-Double®, and fries.

Note: This Cookout Truck for rental comes with an additional 15% fee, which is donated to the In-N-Out Burger Foundation to help children facing abuse, neglect, and homelessness. Its availability is limited.

4. Guy Snyder Cookout Truck
In-N-Out Guy Snyder Cookout Truck was introduced in honor of Guy Snyder, the former president of In-N-Out Burger, who led the company from 1994 until his passing in 1999.
Guy is remembered for his commitment to quality and passion for the food chain. As CEO, he streamlined processes and helped the company grow to 140 locations across the West Coast.
Though he faced personal struggles with substance abuse, his determination contributed to In-N-Out Burger’s success.
This perticular rental truck will be featured at the events organized by the Slave 2 Nothing Foundation and other groups dedicated to substance abuse prevention and recovery.

Book a Cookout Truck for Catering Events?
Booking a Cookout Truck is simple, here are the key requirements and specifications you should know before booking the Cookout Truck for the best possible catering service:
1. Scheduling
Cookout catering trucks are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and can be booked up to a year in advance, with early reservations recommended, especially for weekend events.
2. Cost & Payment
The total cookout truck rental cost is based on the amount of food used, along with applicable sales tax and additional charges such as mileage and overtime.
A Minimum Guarantee may apply, and you will be charged whichever amount is higher.
However, the minimum price for a catering rental Truck is $3,000.00 plus tax, which includes 169 meals of Hamburgers, Cheeseburgers, Double-Doubles, chips, and soft drinks with a service time of 1.5 hours.
It is advisable to use their Cookout Calculator to estimate your costs before booking.
Payment Policy:
- No cash payments are accepted at the Cookout Trailer. You must pre-sell tickets or have someone designated to handle payments at your event.
- Final payment is due upon event completion and can be made via check, Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.
- Prices, terms, and conditions are subject to change. In such cases, you will be notified at least 60 days in advance.

3. Space Requirements & Permits for Cookout Trucks
When choosing a parking spot for the Cookout Trailer, ensure 85 feet of space, 14 feet of overhead clearance, and a firm, level surface.
Keep 28 feet of width clear for departure, and note that steep or narrow roads and low trees may limit access.
You are responsible for securing the location, and permits, and providing a map. In-N-Out may relocate the trailer if necessary.
- Truck Dimensions: The truck requires 85 feet of parking space, with 14 feet overhead clearance and 14 feet of wide clearance
- Permits: Depending on your event’s location, specific permits may be required. It’s advisable to consult local regulations and secure any necessary permits before the event.

In-N-Out Burger provides the Cookout Trailer, food, staff, and a service table, with burgers served in a box with a napkin.
The host of an event is responsible for providing tables, chairs, and trash cans to ensure a friendly catering experience at his/her event.
